Binding Agreement

Please read this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using this website, emails, or other digital properties.

This Agreement is a legal contract between ODH Media LLC (also referred to as "Publisher," "we," "us," or "our") and the end user ("User," "you," or "your") that governs your use of the Publisher's websites, emails, and services, including all content, features, and tools (collectively, the "Site").

By using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Site.

Email Communication

SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Stockbase, subscribers will receive financial news and market updates. Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By participating in the Program, you agree to receive auto-dialed or prerecorded mobile messages. Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt in can expect to receive financial news and market updates.

Use of Content

You may print one copy of any content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, or use our content commercially without permission.

RSS Usage

You are welcome to use our RSS feeds for display, provided that the links direct back to our original content and the content remains unmodified.

All content, branding, and materials on the Site are the property of Stockbase.com or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are transferred through your use of the Site.

Interactive Features

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware. You expressly waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Binding Arbitration Clause: You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware before a single arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and the Publisher waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award injunctive relief, damages, or any other remedy available under applicable law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. If you are a consumer located in the United States, you may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 7 days of first accepting this Agreement.
